REFUND POLICY

We do not accept international returns, only exchanges. For exchanges, customers are responsible for all exchange logistics. Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Please note, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging only. Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

For defects or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for any purchases but where applicable, we are happy to provide adjustments or replacements to ensure your piece fits and serves you well.
